Crusher complete group
Clean the surface of prepared basic bottom board referred before, install the crusher complete group at required place and lock the four anchor bolts.
Put the precise gradienter on the upper face of the crusher complete group to check its level. Then pour motar into the gap between concrete seat andcrusher complete  group, making sure a fully even padding. The outer copper should be coated with preservative oil and covered with clean plastic film or cloth to prevent from dust. Eccentric seat, principal shaft and all gliding contact parts should be dealt with in the same way.


Demount Step Bearing
As showed in drawing 5, get the specific long lifting bolt through step bearing (which is composed by a few bronze steel thrust plate) to screw it up to center screwed hole at bronze down thrust plate.Then take out the whole step bearing from the crusher complete group.



Counter shaft and Counter shaft box
Crane the Counter shaft group by the steel rope which passing through eye bolt, then set the group in the body group, finally screw up by bolts and nuts.

Eccentric Seat
As drawing 7 shows, install step bearing(which is composed of upper thrust board, copper thrust, down thrust board) on eccentric seat and lock it with bolts. Screw the lifting bolt to the top of eccentric seat, crane eccentric seat and insert it into outer copper carefully.
Eccentric seat should be shaked left and right lightly during insertion to make sure the conical gear mesh correctly and values side clearance and bottom clearance are suitable for the requirements in the following form. Demount lock bolts and ring bolts after installation.

Ball Seat and Dust ring
Just as drawing 8 shows, crane the ball seat with a steel rope, put it in the correct place of crusher complete group with care and then fasten it with bolts as drawing 9 shows. Install all the dustproof springs into ball seat where the dustproof spring acts a buffer for dust ring moving up and down.
4.6 Lifting up Main Shaft
Take down feed plate and fasten bolt. Screw lifting bolt as drawing 11 shows, and then crane main shaft with a steel rope.
Clean the slide contact face, take down the rubberized fabric which is sticked to the oil hole in main shaft, and coat a thin layer of lube on the spherical face of the bottom of main shaft and conical corn.
Crane main shaft right above the center of crusher complete group and slowly and correctly locate it in the eccentric seat hole.
Prevent making conical core touch the outside of the dust ring firstly. Then install the demounted feed plate and fasten bolts.

Lifting up Main Shaft
Take down feed plate and fasten bolt. Screw lifting bolt as drawing 11 shows, and then crane main shaft with a steel rope.
Clean the slide contact face, take down the rubberized fabric which is sticked to the oil hole in main shaft, and coat a thin layer of lube on the spherical face of the bottom of main shaft and conical corn.
Crane main shaft right above the center of crusher complete group and slowly and correctly locate it in the eccentric seat hole.

Installation upper frame
Install the spare parts according to the order of upper frame, upper chamber, lining plate of upper chamber and hat stand correctly.
As drawing 12 shows, location of upper frame during installation is determined by coordinating mark on the guide pin and frame group.

Installation of Hydraulic Cylinder for Discharging materials
Use a hydraulic cylinder to put discharging opening into holes of crusher complete group, fasten the fixed seat of the hydraulic cylinder and link the related parts, such as oil pipe,etc.
