Operate Cone crusher

Cone crusher is always used for secondary and follow-up crushing. Conical core and movable tooth plate are installed in the center of principal shaft which is in the middle of body while the sphere of conical core is equipped on the eccentric seat. For the centre hole of eccentric seat and body hole are eccentric, the rotation of eccentric seat leads to the rotation of principal shaft.
Under the upper chamber there is fixed tooth plate which makes up crushing chamber with movable tooth plate. Feeding platform ensures the materials being well-distributed in the middle of feed plate. Rotation makes the materials fall into the crushing chamber uniformly. The materials are discharged continuedly after being crushed. The upper frame, which is connected with upper chamber and fixed tooth plate, is installed on crusher body by perihery releasing spring. If the materials are mixed with hard things (such as iron ores), the upper frame will come up under the force of releasing spring to get foreign things through to avoid overload or machine damaged. After foreign things getting through, the upper frame comes down to the original place and continues normal crushing work.
